Privacy Policy
Data Storage
The Until Ducks app stores your study session history, progress tracking, settings, and notes locally on your device. We do not store this study content on our own servers. The app also includes a Delete all data button that erases locally stored data from your device.
Payment and Subscription Data
If you buy a subscription, lifetime access, or any other paid service in the app, payments are processed by Apple, Google Play, and Superwall. We do not store full payment card details ourselves. To validate your purchase, we may process and retain a limited purchase, subscription, transaction, or account identifier associated with your payment method.
Third-Party Services
Analytics and crash reporting may be handled by Apple (iOS), Google Firebase (Android), and Superwall. These services may collect usage, device, and diagnostics data as described in their own privacy policies.
Children's Privacy
The app is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain payment-validation data only for as long as needed to provide access to purchases made in the app, handle support requests, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of the data we control at any time by emailing team@dibe.agency. We will delete or anonymize account-related and payment-validation data from our systems when possible, but Apple, Google Play, and Superwall may retain transaction records under their own legal and privacy obligations.
